This is an emergency medical course that is designed to prepare individuals to respond during active-threat incidents and to casualties involving major hemorrhage or penetrating injury to chest or abdomen. The training is based on TECC guidelines and is presented in the context of an active-threat environment with significant focus on preparation, tactics, and reality-based training techniques.

Disclaimer: Our active-bleeding training devices are breathtakingly realistic and simulate actual traumatic injuries and major hemorrhage. Trainees should wear clothes that can get dirty, allow movement, and be exposed to training blood. Physical activity is included in the training, including kneeling, lying on the floor, and the manipulation of casualties
